The issue of the full cost of implementing this project requires further elaboration and will depend on the planned production volumes.

The starting amount of a single payment for the use of the subsoil of the Zavolzhsky deposit will be approximately 1.4 million rubles. (At an annual production level of 100 thousand m3).

The project will be implemented entirely at the expense of private investors.

Stage of project implementation

The Zavolzhskoye deposit of sands and sandy-gravel material is located 2 km to the west-northwest of the Gorodets pier, in the Volga river channel, 3.5 km below the dam of the Gorkovskaya hydroelectric power station, directly to the east of the pier and the city of Zavolzhye, Island.

The deposit has been previously explored, the sand reserves are in category C2 - 7,658 thousand m3, sand and gravel material in category C2 - 579 thousand m3.

According to the analysis results, sands are recommended for the preparation of mortars, except for the finishing layer of plaster.

This subsoil plot is included in the List of Subsoil Plots of Local Importance of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and is currently in the unallocated subsoil fund.

In 2015, 729 thousand cubic meters of construction non-metallic materials were imported to the Nizhny Novgorod region, including gravel and sand-gravel mixture. In this regard, the development of the Zavolzhsky deposit is topical.

Forms of cooperation with the investor

Transfer of land plots in the boundaries of which the deposit is located, for lease to the investor for additional exploration of the deposit and extraction of sand and gravel mixture.
